Garry Chung

Garry has over fifteen years experience in technology envisioning, designing and delivering products and services in the financial services, healthcare and small business management markets.

He has led the delivery of an online tax preparation service and designed and managed the implementation of a payments platform handling over a half a billion dollars worth of transactions.

Working with thought leaders on the Affordable Care Act, he collaborated in envisioning a service that assisted taxpayers in signing up for health insurance and then led the effort to design and deliver an industry first solution.

Garry has led initiatives identifying and ensuring strategy, processes and underlying technologies are in alignment; created roadmaps and established organizational processes to implement change.

He is an advocate for organizations articulating their business and technology capabilities to ensure that they are working together to support the organization’s strategy.

As part of a strategy team, he managed efforts to perform industry and competitive analysis, to define and build out strategic initiatives for the organization and to act as a catalyst for innovation.

With a fresh perspective, he reimagined an organization’s content to create a knowledge platform; enabling new distribution channels to increase revenue opportunities.

His goal is to assist clients in recognizing connections between ideas, technologies, and people that drive improvements and new opportunities.
